Proxy War of Extermination?...

Those who failed to learn from history are likely to repeat mistakes of the past. Unfortunately, the country of my birth is in a proxy war of extermination. And the weapons being used couldn't be deadlier.,,

Deemed too deadly a weapon, the Spencer rifle was banned in the United States in the late 1800s. It could be the weapon of choice by Nicolas Fabre Geffard to help overthrow the Soulouque empire.(requires more research)

Facts about the Spencer repeating rifle. The Spencer repeating rifle was banned in the U.S in the 1860s. It was sold to Haitians fighting to overthrow their government and commit genocide...

The Barret M82, a sniper rifle used by the U.S military somehow found its way to the country of my birth for no obvious reason than to continue a proxy war of extermination against the population and law enforcement personnel.

Some facts about the Barrett,
The Barrett cost between 9 and 13 thousand dollars. Called the "light fifty" meaning the caliber is .50 Cal. It is used by the U.S military as a sniper rifle. Could acquire a target at 1000 yards. In the wrong hands, it could cause serious damage to Haiti's unarmed population and the National Police Force.
The person or persons who brought that weapon to Haiti could be held responsible for the mass genocide and disappearances of people in Haiti. Because if a human being is hit by a .50 caliber bullet, the person will dissolve... there will be nothing left of he/she, not even a limb.
