We are Pierre Damas Bel...

United States Bill of Rights:

First 10 Amendments to the Constitution.

First Amendment: Protects freedom of religion, speech, the press, peaceful assembly, and the right to petition the government.

Second Amendment: Protects the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

Third Amendment: Restricts the quartering (housing) of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent.

Fourth Amendment: Protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government.

Fifth Amendment: Guarantees due process, protects against self-incrimination and double jeopardy (being tried twice for the same crime), and requires fair compensation for private property taken for public use.

Sixth Amendment: Guarantees the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury, the right to legal counsel, and the right to confront witnesses in criminal cases.

Seventh Amendment: Provides for the right to a jury trial in civil lawsuits involving property or money.

Eighth Amendment: Prohibits excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel and unusual punishments.

Ninth Amendment: Clarifies that the rights listed in the Constitution are not exhaustive, and people retain other rights not explicitly mentioned.

Tenth Amendment: States that any powers not explicitly granted to the federal government by the Constitution are reserved for the states or the people.
